Our Simple 3 Step Process

Free Measure and Consultation

It starts with a free, no-obligation visit anywhere across the Townsville region. We take proper on-site measurements, look at how your space is built (square new estate or out-of-plumb Queenslander), and talk through what you want, how you use the room, and your budget. You get honest advice from the maker, not a salesperson, including straight talk about what suits our climate. Ring 0485 032 128 to book.

Design, Quote and Material Selection

We turn the measure into a design and a firm written quote, with no surprises. Together we choose the layout, door style, finishes and benchtop (laminate, natural stone, porcelain or timber, never engineered stone), and the hardware, so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before anything is built. We refine the design until it is right for your home and your budget.

Manufacture and Installation

Once you sign off, we manufacture your cabinetry, building carcasses in moisture-resistant HMR board, glued and dowelled square, with sealed edges and quality soft-close hardware. On install day we scribe to your walls and pack everything dead level, setting reveals to within about 2mm, then seal cut-outs and finish neatly. You are left with cabinetry made to measure and built to last in the Townsville climate.

Why choose custom cabinets over flat-pack in Townsville?

Do you install engineered stone benchtops?

No. The manufacture and installation of engineered (reconstituted) stone benchtops has been prohibited across Australia, effective 1 July 2024, because of the serious silicosis risk to stonemasons who cut it. We only supply compliant surfaces: laminate, natural granite and marble through licensed stonemasons, porcelain and solid timber. If another Townsville firm still offers engineered stone, they are not complying with the national ban.

What areas around Townsville do you cover?

We cover the whole Townsville region, including Townsville City, Aitkenvale, Kirwan, Kelso, Douglas, Annandale, Mundingburra, Currajong, Hyde Park, Cranbrook, Mount Louisa and Deeragun, plus the surrounding suburbs. How long does a custom kitchen take?

As a guide, most kitchens run around six to ten weeks from final design sign-off to installation, with manufacture taking the bulk of that time and the on-site install itself usually a few days. Wardrobes and smaller joinery are quicker. Timing depends on the finishes and benchtop you choose and on our current workload, so we give you a realistic schedule with your quote rather than an off-the-cuff promise.
